(b) Agent accounts (paid)
- - Individuals acting on behalf of estate agencies or independently may create agent profiles.

- - Agents must comply with applicable estate agency regulations.
(c) Business accounts (paid)
- - Businesses such as estate agencies and auction houses may list properties via their account (feature temporarily unavailable).
- - Businesses are responsible for compliance with advertising standards and property laws.
3. Eligibility and registration
- - You must be 18 years or older to use the Website.
- - You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
- - You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
4. User conduct
All users agree not to:
- - Post or transmit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
- - Use the Website for any unauthorised commercial purpose.

- - Circumvent platform features, including communication restrictions or account limitations.
Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
5. Fees and payment

(b) Minimum term
- - Paid accounts are subject to a 12-month minimum contract from the date of activation.

(c) Billing and payment
- - Fees are billed monthly, and payment is collected via direct debit.
- - All direct debit payments are processed by our third-party provider, GoCardless. By signing up for a paid account and providing your bank details, you authorise us to collect payments via GoCardless in accordance with their terms.
- - By registering for a paid account, you authorise us to collect monthly payments for the fixed and variable components of your subscription.
- - You must provide valid billing details and keep them up to date.
- - Failure to collect payment may result in account suspension or termination.
(d) Late payment
- - Late payments may incur a late fee and interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- - We reserve the right to refer unpaid accounts to a third-party collection agency.
(e) Changes to fees
- - We reserve the right to update our pricing and billing structure.
- - Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply at the end of your current billing period or upon renewal.
6. Cancellations and terminations
(a) Cancellation
(i) Paid account users
- - The subscription can be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice after the 12-month minimum term.
- - Cancellations within the minimum term may incur early termination fees.
- - There is no pro-rata payment for the final month.
(ii) Free account users

(b) Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

We are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from termination.
8. No agency or partnership
Use of the Website does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between users and HelloProppy. We do not act as an estate agent or broker.
9. Platform limitations and liability
- - We provide a platform for users to connect but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of communications.
- - We are not liable for any disputes or transactions between users.
- - We do not verify the identity, background, or legal standing of any user.
- - We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of or reliance on the Website.
