Not at the moment. We are rolling out HelloProppy in phases and are initially focused on helping agents discover opportunities and make introductions where there's a strong fit. A good agent offers incredible value, by getting the best terms, keeping tabs on the chain and making sure a deal stick. That said, we recognise that some buyers and sellers are interested in managing the process themselves and may prefer a more direct approach. As the platform evolves, we will continue to listen to feedback and explore new ways for people to connect.

Not at the moment. For now, agents act as the gateway. We recognise that the rental market includes both professionally managed properties and properties managed directly by landlords. Feedback from our users plays an important role in shaping future features and functionality. If ownership of the tenant relationship is something you value, we'd love to hear from you.
